OTHER RECOGNISED TRAINING

We understand that some of our leaders and volunteers may have completed similar safety training, that may exempt them from all or part of the PCANZ W.O.F training.

The Safety W.O.F covers three key sections:

1. Ethical Practice

2. Health and Safety

3. Recognising and Responding to Abuse

If you have already completed comprehensive training in any of these areas, then most likely you will not have to attend that section of the W.O.F training.

Recognised courses include:

• Child Matters training on recognising and responding to child abuse

• Ara Taiohi code of ethics training
